*Rental includes a timeframe of 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, the day of the event with 3 hours on the night prior to decorate.

*Beer and wine may be brought in, but not sold on the property.

*A coordinator is not included. However, the owners will be on-site to assist in coordinating vendors as needed.
